VMware Inc (VMW) 10-22-07 Trade

Here is a trade form last week I forgot to post. VMW posted earnings last Weds. I bought some 115 call options early Tuesday (mistake, I forgot my golden rule. NEVER buy till after 10:30 am unless I am bearish) Needless to say my calls dropped in price big time, so I doubled up. Now I am in for way too much money than I planned. I knew VMW would go up big, but the option pricing was not reflecting that at all!!! At on point I was down 5K on this trade. VMW opened up the next morning and shot up big (like I expected) My options on the other hand did not. They slowly rose keeping me on edge for most of Weds. I finally got out of the trade towards the end of Weds for a 6% profit.
